Car air conditioning station service – inspection, calibration, repair
We diagnose faults, carry out periodic inspections, calibrate and repair air conditioning stations. We have worked on them for years, so we know most popular models inside out and usually quickly know where to look for the cause.

What air conditioning station service covers
Periodic inspections
We check the tightness of the station, hoses, connectors and valves, and test the whole cycle: recovery, vacuum, charging.
Scale and sensor calibration
Calibration of the refrigerant and oil scales and a check of the pressure sensors and gauges, on which dosing accuracy depends.
Fault diagnostics
We look for exactly what is failing: from worn parts to electronics faults.
Mechanical and electrical repairs
We repair valves and solenoid valves, pumps, station compressors and electronic systems.
Consumables
Replacing the vacuum pump oil, filters and driers, which wear out as the station works.
Help with buying and buy-back
If repair does not pay off, we will help you choose a new or used station and buy your old, damaged one.
A station is a measuring instrument, so it has to measure well
The station does not guess how much refrigerant to put in. It relies on the scale and sensors. If the scale lies, the customer gets too little or too much refrigerant. Too little means weaker cooling and poorer compressor lubrication; too much means pressure that is too high in the system. So calibration spares the workshop's customers trouble, and incidentally the expensive refrigerant, especially R-1234yf.

Frequently asked questions
How often should an air conditioning station be inspected?
For most workshops a sensible minimum is one inspection a year. But do not wait for the date if the station shows errors, shows unusual pressures, loses refrigerant or pulls a vacuum much longer than usual. Exact intervals are given in the station manufacturer's manual.
Do you calibrate the refrigerant and oil scales?
Yes. Calibration of the refrigerant and oil scales and a check of the sensors and gauges is part of the station inspection.
Which air conditioning stations do you service?
We service stations from many manufacturers, among others TEXA, Werther, Ecotechnics, Bosch, Robinair, Sun, Mahle, Magneti Marelli, Waeco, Delphi, Brain Bee, Viaken, Oxys, Beissbarth, Launch, Spin and Valeo. If you do not see your brand, call – we will ask about the model.
Do you travel to the customer?
Yes. We travel to customers in the voivodeships of Silesia, Lesser Poland, Opole, Lower Silesia and Świętokrzyskie. We service equipment at the customer's site and at our head office in Psary. We accept equipment at the head office after a prior phone booking.
How much does an inspection or repair of a station cost?
The price depends on the model of the station and the scope of work, so we quote individually. Call or write – we will give you a quote.
What if repair does not pay off?
We will help you buy a new or used station and buy your old, damaged one.
