A wrong measurement costs both the customer and the workshop
The customer then drives on unevenly worn tyres, the car pulls to one side and the steering wheel sits crooked. The workshop gets comebacks, does rework and loses the mechanic's time. Servicing the equipment usually costs much less than working on uncalibrated gear.

Which wheel alignment equipment do you service?
We service wheel alignment measuring equipment using laser, CCD and 3D technology, among others of the brands Werther, Technovector, John Bean, Hofmann, Beissbarth, Ravaglioli, CEMB, HWA and HPA. If you do not see your brand, call – we will ask about the model.
What is calibration on an ISO calibration frame?
The calibration frame is a standard with known, repeatable dimensions and angles. We use it to check whether the equipment shows values that match reality, and if there is a difference we correct the readings.
How often should wheel alignment equipment be calibrated?
A sensible minimum is a check once a year. It is also worth checking the equipment after any fall or knock to a head or target, after moving the station, and when the car still pulls after alignment. Exact recommendations are given by the equipment manufacturer.
Why update the equipment database?
The database holds the values recommended by vehicle manufacturers for each make, model and version. Updating it lets you set the geometry on newer car models that were not in the old database.
Do you travel to the customer?
Yes. We travel to customers in the voivodeships of Silesia, Lesser Poland, Opole, Lower Silesia and Świętokrzyskie. We service equipment at the customer's site and at our head office in Psary. We accept equipment at the head office after a prior phone booking.
How much does an inspection and calibration cost?
The price depends on the type of equipment and the scope of work, so we quote individually. Call or write – we will give you a quote.
Can I send equipment for repair by courier?
Yes. We accept equipment for repair from all over Poland and beyond. Just pack the equipment well and send it by courier to: FHU MADI, ul. Irysów 3, 42-512 Psary. Before you send it, call +48 504 171 830 – we will agree the details and advise how to pack it. After the repair we send the equipment back to you.
